The Starting Arrangement

• Two scheduled 60-minute private Meetings each month
• Up to two additional 30-minute conversations for questions between Meetings
• A concise, reviewed recap of key decisions and next steps
• Review of progress and changing priorities at the next Meeting

From CAD $2,500 per month. Appointments and between-Meeting calls are scheduled by agreement. Allow up to two business days for a scheduling response. This is not an emergency or unlimited-access service. More involved arrangements are quoted separately.

Scope

Advisory covers conversation, decision preparation, and progress review. Travel, on-site work, substantial research, and attendance at external meetings are scoped and quoted separately. You remain the decision-maker; your team retains implementation and specialist responsibilities.

Commitments

A Commitment is the formal version of this working relationship: private, one-on-one, for a minimum of 90 days. It is designed for people who want consistent access to Ace’s time, insight, and support without the group setting of the Invested Aces Mastermind or Ace’s Group Activities.

The exact scope is built around what you need. It can include advisory, strategy, project oversight-style input, on-site visits, Premium Pickup & Transport, and other forms of direct support, depending on what is agreed.

Minimum Structure

• Three 2-hour Meetings per month
• Two 1-hour calls per month for on-the-spot input or insights

Unused Meetings and on-the-spot calls do not carry over to the following month.

This is the baseline. Anything beyond these minimums (or a different mix of time and support) is discussed and quoted separately.

Pricing

The minimum Commitment is $1,000 per month for 3 months.

Final pricing is based on the scope of access and support you request. You will be quoted a flat monthly rate for the agreed scope. Any requests that fall outside the signed agreement are billed additionally.

How It Works

1. Pay the $200 deposit to secure an initial Meeting.
2. Ace’s Assistant will send you a short set of questions.
3. Once answered, a 60-Minute Meeting with Ace is scheduled (it may run longer at his discretion).
4. If you both decide to move forward into a Commitment within the following month, the $200 is credited toward your first month. If not, it is non-refundable.
5. Scope, frequency, and pricing are finalized in a signed agreement.

Ongoing Meetings and requests are scheduled through Ace’s Assistant (or directly with Ace when appropriate).

Important Notes

Commitments do not include access to Mastermind Meetings or Group Activities (though you may hold both a Commitment and a Mastermind Membership at the same time).

No refunds. Cancelling does not release you from the payment obligations in the agreement.

At the end of the 90 days the Commitment is renewable, and the scope and rate can be adjusted by mutual agreement.
